1. Review the InterNACHI Standards of Practice

Professional certified home inspections are performed in accordance with nationally recognized Standards of Practice. Beachside Home Inspection is proud to be a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). It is important that you understand the scope and limitations of a residential home inspection. If you have any questions, don't hesistate to ask.

2. Review the Scope of Inspection and Service Contract and sign your Pre-Inspection Agreement on-line.

It is our goal to exceed your expectations and provide you with a valuable inspection that not only serves your immediate needs, but serves as a future reference document for you. Prior to proceeding with the inspection, it is important that you review the InterNACHI aStandards of Practice, the Scope of Inspection and the Service Contract.  You have the following options for signing the service contract:

• Sign the service contract on-line.
• Sign, scan and email the service contract that was emailed to you.

 

 

3. Payments (Cash / Check / Visa / Mastercard / American Express)

Payment is due at the completion of the inspection. You can pay by cash or check if you are present for the inspection, or for your convenience, we can also accept any major credit card (service fee applies).

To pay securely on-line with using a major credit cards using PayPal, simply send us an email indicating you would like to pay on-line, and an invoice will sent.

4. Retrieve Your Inspection Report

Home Inspection Reports are generally available by 5 pm the next day following the inspection. You will receive an email with instructions for retrieving your report. Once you have received a password, you can go directly to the Fetch Report website.  The report is in .pdf format.

A copy of your report can also be emailed, if you like.

1. Retrieve a Client Home Inspection Report

Home Inspection Reports are generally available for our clients by 5 pm the next day following the inspection. If authorized by the client, you will receive an email with instructions for retrieving your report. Once you have received a password, you can go directly to the Fetch Report website.  The report is in .pdf format.

2. Review a sample BEACHSIDE Home Inspection Report 

Check the 'Request Report Sample' box on the feedback form, and a code will be emailed to you.
